Weekly Sessions
Therapy is an individualized process thus may look different from person to person. I will meet you where you are at and help you develop intentional goals for treatment. Sessions may involve the following:
Sharing your experiences
Being vulnerable and open to the process
Identifying past patterning, programing, and behavioral patterns
Learning new behaviors and learning how to effectively reinforce these behaviors
Engaging in mindfulness and awareness practices
Exploring and identifying values
Processing grief and trauma through developmental stages, somatic experiencing, and cognitive reprocessing

Tarot
A intuitive tool to to provide insight and increase the relationship with self
Tarot Informed Sessions
Offered as part of therapy or as a stand-alone experience
You don’t have to fit into a box here. This is a space for the sensitive, the seekers, the wild-hearted, and the wise. Let’s meet at the edge of what’s been, and make space for what’s becoming.
Tarot is a powerful mirror for self-inquiry. I offer tarot-informed sessions as a way to access deeper insight, reveal unconscious patterns, and connect with your own intuition. This is not fortune-telling—it’s a tool for reflection, clarity, and transformation.
It is more than a deck of cards—it’s a mirror. In therapy, Tarot offers a visual and symbolic language that helps us access emotions, patterns, and parts of the self that may be hard to name with words alone.
When integrated thoughtfully into the therapeutic space, Tarot can:
Illuminate unconscious beliefs or stuck patterns
Offer perspective on choices, transitions, or inner conflict
Support emotional processing through archetype and imagery
Invite intuition and imagination into the healing process
As a trauma-informed therapist and experienced tarot reader, I use tarot as a tool for reflection, not prediction. It’s not about telling you your future—it’s about helping you hear yourself more clearly in the present.
Whether you're feeling lost, at a crossroads, or simply curious, tarot can bring clarity, compassion, and depth to your therapeutic journey.
